How we work
Upon reaching an agreement to engage in a specific project, AvizaGroup core team members
identify a project team.
The team selects those individuals whose experience is relevant to the
project at hand. AvizaGroup has twenty-eight strategic partners from which to choose.
Collectively, they represent specialist experience in nearly every advertising and marketing discipline.
While project requirements vary considerably in scope and time, project teams may be as few as two people
for a “Workshop or Agency Review Assistance” to six or more people to
address an extensive “Insightful Second Opinion” project
that reviews everything about your program level of creative, media cost, quality of
suppliers, including the competition’s advertising programs.
Experience has shown, that the most favorable outcomes occur when upper management is
involved in the process. Although not an absolute
requirement, we strongly urge this level of commitment to achieve optimum
effectiveness for each project.
We are also very sensitive to the fact that we do not want to be viewed as a disruptive force and challenge to any internal staff or outside services. Therefore, it is always one of our primary goals to work in the spirit of cooperation and support with everyone involved in the project.
