Engagements usually begin with a confidential no-obligation phone call from a prospective
customer with a particular concern. After an informal discussion of a given project,
AvizaGroup team members review the project to help
establish key objectives and guidelines.
At the conclusion of our review, the prospective client receives a
detailed quotation outlining each phase of how we will address their
requirements. This includes a summary of our understandings of the scope of the
project, a time schedule to complete the work and a cost estimate.
